7. Policy Summary & Fees

FEES POLICY SUMMARY

Late Payment: A **\$35.00 late fee** will be automatically charged if payment fails after the **5th calendar day**.

Returned Payments (NSF/Chargeback): A **\$40.00 returned payment fee** will be assessed for any failed transaction.

Cancellation Notice: All cancellations must be submitted with a **30-day written notice**. Failure to provide 30 days’ notice means the customer will be responsible for the **following month’s full payment**.
